Important Information for International Guests and Hotel Stays

Transfers for traveling participants will only be provided on the following dates:

Arrival Transfers:
- STANDARD Package: 12 February 2025 (All day)
- ECONOMY Package: 14 February 2025 (All day)
  BKK – Arrival Gate N 7
  DMK – Exit Door N 3
  If you arrive outside the mentioned dates, you will need to arrange your own transportation.

Hotel Check-In: 2:00 PM
If you arrive earlier, you can explore Terminal 21 Mall Rama 3, which is within walking distance of the hotel. A short welcome briefing will be held at the hotel on 14 February at 9:00 PM.

Departure Transfers: 17 February 2025 (Morning until 1:00 PM)
Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Guests departing after 1:00 PM will need to arrange their own transportation.

12 February 2025 – STANDARD Package Arrivals

IMC and TAM Tour staff will welcome you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel.
You will receive your IMC kit at the hotel, including your badge.
Please wear your badge at all times—don’t lose it! Staff will scan it during events to confirm your attendance.
You will be briefed on your schedule. The next day, your tour to Pattaya will begin early in the morning.

14 February 2025 – ECONOMY Package Arrivals

IMC and TAM Tour staff will welcome you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel.
You will receive your IMC kit, including your badge, at the hotel.
Please wear your badge at all times—don’t lose it! Staff will scan it during events to confirm your attendance.
A welcome briefing will be held at the hotel at 9:00 PM. You will receive an overview of the schedule and then be dismissed to rest.

15 February 2025 – Exam Day (All Participants)

Time: Be at the exam venue by 9:00 AM.
Exam will start at around 10:00 AM and end at around 11:30 AM.
Location: Registration desk at the open entrance area of the Faculty of Education Building, Chulalongkorn University. Look for the IMC banners.

Registration:

All participants must register at the desk to receive their IMC kit and badge (even if you already received your kit earlier).
Wear your badge at all times—it will be scanned during the exam and events to track attendance.

Dress Code: Wear school-appropriate attire. Avoid high heels or slippery footwear for safety.

Participation Certificates: Certificates will be given at registration and will also be available online in your IMC participant account.

16 February 2025 – Awarding Day (All Participants)

Time: Be at the awarding venue by 10:00 AM.
Location: Reception desk at Poonsub Noppawong Na Ayutthaya Room, Faculty of Education Building, Chulalongkorn University. Look for the IMC banners.

IMC Badges: Must be worn at all times.

Dress Code: Participants are encouraged to wear their national attire. If that’s not possible, wear your IMC T-shirt or school uniform. Avoid high heels or slippery footwear. IMC T-shirts will be provided on exam day.

Results Announcement: The Global Round results will be published on 16 February 2025 on the IMC website: mathchallenge.in.th.

Seating and Award Ceremony:
Participants will be seated based on their Global Round results. Follow the speaker’s announcements and IMC staff instructions for lining up.

The first group called on stage will be bronze winners of the online round from categories Kids, 1, and 2.
Refer to the program for the full order of award presentations.

Refreshments: Light refreshments will be served after the ceremony in the reception area.

Achievement Certificates: Collect your certificates from the reception desk after the ceremony. They will also be available online in your IMC participant account.
